Full Description An espagnolette window lock bar designed as a quick and easy to install solution for all types of casement windows. Includes an offset low handle height positioning for easy reach operation. Face fixed locking bar with 8mm adjustable mushroom cams for excellent weathering performance. Smooth and positive locking used in conjunction with all espagnolette window handles with a wide range of profile keeps available separately. The robust and durable design features an in line gearbox available in 20mm and 22mm backset options in 4 bar lengths from 600mm to 1200mm. 2-3 mushroom cams per bar dependent on length (3 cams on lengths 1000mm and 1200mm bars). Manufactured using high quality mild steel in accordance with BS 1449 Part 1 and meets corrosion resistance BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 4 (240 hours). Tested in excess of 25,000 cycles of opening. Maintenance: All moving parts should be lightly lubricated using a light non-acidic mineral oil (e.g. “3 in 1”) twice per year and the surface cleaned with a soft damp cloth. The product may need to be adjusted and fixings tightened to ensure a satisfactory operation.
