Description The Tripod has a fully-extended leg and centre column height of 3.80 m and a collapsed height of 1.82 m. The legs and dowels are constructed of fiberglass, resulting in durability, strength and good resistance to weathering. The height of the adjustable centre column is adjusted by a crank handle which gives the tripod 1.12m of lift. A detachable round head plate with a 5/8″ x 11 stud provides a sturdy instrument platform. Lockable leg stabiliser struts, dual clamps, twist locks, quick clamps, along with dual metal and rubber leg points create greater stability. The column can hold an instrument weighing 30 kg if collapsed, and 7 kg when elevated. Ideal for use with excavator machine control systems
