Carry out face-to-face routine communication. Build confidence in speaking clearly and listening actively to others. Practice confirming understanding through questioning and feedback, and use approved non-verbal signals and gestures to support clear and respectful communication within teams. Complete written documentation. Accurately complete workplace documents like forms, checklists, and reports. Understand the importance of clear and concise written communication and how to distribute written information appropriately to support workplace operations. Career Pathways After completing this training course graduates can progress to supervisory or team coordination roles on sites, or undertake further RII qualifications in leadership, operational management, or safety, supporting career growth in mining, construction, civil, and resources sectors.
